'Frida and Diego 'A Creative Love'

This summer Mexico are celebrating with important events a century since
Frida Kahlo's birth and 50 years since Diego Rivera's death.

Frida and Diego was a remarkable couple in the history of contemporary art. They lived a very special relationship to modern art and Avant-garde love. They produced an unusual artistic proposal with their work, each one in their own universe and in their own style, and they provoked - through their attitudes and energy - a powerful aesthetic and political influence in their everyday surroundings.

They were two creators who gave to the world other "ways of seeing", because they broke the rules of life with passion and agony. Moreover, they believed in the sense of their lives -through the force of management of energy as well as through knowledge.

Living with narcissus, they were able to build their own loving world together.
And maybe this point was the most important characteristic in that relationship:
Love, Art & Agony - their main creative challenge.
